¡ñ The top hinged roof window is perfectly suitable for roofs with pitches between 15o and
55o (complete with flashing). It opens to a 45o angle to provide ample ventilation and
to satisfy emergency exit.
¡ñ Manufactured with pine wood, vacuum impregnated, finished with two coats of water
based, clear acrylic lacquer.
¡ñ The flashing both-side painted aluminium sheet, 0.6-0.8mm aluminium cladding with
polyester grey/brown coating.
¡ñ The different handle positioned at the lower part of the sash enables the window to be
opened conveniently.
